Adobe Acrobat Web Forms Help

Question

Hi, I created an intake packet with consent forms for my clients and then uploaded into a web form. When I created the web form it gave me a link that I can send to my clients to complete. Do I need to make a new link for each individaul client or can I just use the same link and then each person sends me back their own signed documents? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If you use the Acrobat Sign Web form link, you may use a single link and send it to clients.

Once they complete the form, you will receive their signed documents.
