How to cancel a subscription to Acrobat XI Pro?

Adobe's website doesn't respond when you go to adobe.com and try to choose the country. It doesn't go further from there so I need to do some more research probably how to contact them and cancel the subscription.

From where did you cancel this? Adobe website doesn't seem to give the option.

I did it on line and they said it would be done. unfortunately, the email was deleted (it was in spam and I did not notice, so when I closed it, it was gone) so I do not have the return number. I need to actually talk to someone and there seems no number available.

I cancelled this and was promised a refund to my credit card. When will it appear, it has not yet come.
