Adobe can't find PDF Printer installed. How do I correct this?

Adobe can't find installed PDF Printer therefore I can't convert PDF to Word. Worked on old Win 7 computer. How do I correct this on Win. *.1 computer?

    Hi Lchepo,

    What version of Windows are you running? Were you able to install the printer on your new computer? If you have the printer installer, you may be able to install it on your new operating system.

    I took a look at your account, however, and noticed that you don't have a subscription to Adobe PDF Pack (which you would need to download the printer).

    One option, that might be easiest in the short term (as the PDF Printer is going to be retired soon, anyway), is to download  a free trial of Acrobat (see www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html). You would be able to create files to PDF directly from within Acrobat.
