Bonjour, actuellement j'ai un soucis pour convertir des fichiers PDF en format un message apparaît "Erreur de conversion" et "Le transfert de "Nom du fichier.pdf" a échoué. Un problème est survenu lors du transfert du fichier".
Je pensais que c'était un problème de postes mais ça me fais la même chose sur tous les postes installés.
Et je dispose toujours de mon abonnement qui prend fin 2018.
Une solution ?

The error message indicates that the conversion error might have been causing problem because of the web browser you are working on or the particular file you are referring to.
If you are experiencing this problem with multiple files and the keep getting the error message then you must try with the different web browser and following troubleshooting steps suggested in the help document-
File conversion error | ExportPDF
