Adobe customer service just hung up on me.
I just waited 30 minutes to talk to a "customer service" representative to ask why I can't access the PDF Pack services through my Adobe Reader. First, she told me I could. Then, when I tried to access a particular tool (combine files) and couldn't, she told me that tool isn't part of the Pack. However, it is part of the Pack. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, and she told me the supervisor isn't available. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. Adobe's customer service SUCKS.
