Adobe DC - Share documents for review?

I am a CC user - full subscription service.  Now that Adobe DC has been integrated into my service, can I share my documents for shared/tracked review using the DC or do I still have to find a 3rd party server/webdav?  I have tried relentlessly to get this to work, but it is still a hair pulling effort to get it to work.

I would like to use the DC if it is available and not have to subscribe to Box or other vendors.

Any help appreciated.

    Unfortunately, the Document Cloud cannot be used for shared/tracked reviews.

    I clicked "like" but of course I don't.  I love the send for signatures feature but it would be way better if it was also possible to reply with a markup.
