Adobe digital edition doesn't recognize my e-book reader anymore

Hello, Adobe digital edition doesn't recognize my e-book reader anymore; in the menu "send to...." is no longer listed. until recently this still worked.

I have uninstalled and deleted everything regarding Adobe digital edition and installed the latest version.
It is not possible to transfer it to the reader. My E-Book Reader: Touch HD 3.

I would be very happy if someone can help me
