Adobe document cloud do not work in Chrome

Hi 

 

I have an issue regarding opening my pdf files from a sharepoint document library in Adobe Document Cloud. This issue is only a problem in Chrome. It works fine in Microsoft Edge and IE. 

I have cleared cache and cookies, allowed all cookies and restarted both browser and computer several times. 

Is there a problem with Chrome and Adobe Document Cloud?

Please let us know what happens when you try to open the PDF from Sharepoint in Document Cloud.

Do you receive any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the error.

Did the issue start occurring recently?

Thank you for your response 

 

I started using Adobe DC earlier this week, so it have never worked in Chrome. 

I have some screenshots below:

Adobe DC has been installed on my office account as seen below

When I am opening a pdf file in my SharePoint document library from Microsoft Edge I have en option to open it in Adobe DC:

But when I am trying to do the same in Chrome I do not have the option:

 

It seems like it is a problem with chrome... I have cleared cache and cookies several times and allowed third party cookies.
