I would like to use Adobe Edit. Doesn't it come with my annual subscription to Adobe Export PDF?

Hi Ruth,
No, Adobe Export PDF subscription doesn't include the Edit feature. Export PDF is an online document cloud pdf service which helps you exporting the pdf document to word, excel and ppt formats.
For more information you may refer to- FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud and how exactly Export PDF service works for that you may refer to the help article- Using Adobe Export PDF
