Adobe Export PDF $1.99/mo does not work

I purchased to Adobe Export PDF and signed in, but I can't export anything. If I click convert it will take me to Pricing | Adobe Export PDF and does not do anything. Does anyone know why?

Thank you for your reply but it did not work. My only option is fill & sign and organize pages. Export and Create PDF are whited out. Do you know why?

Try to use this service online also https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf .

In the mean time uninstall Reader DC Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs, restart your system & reinstall it Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution to use the Export PDF service The Adobe Export PDF service lets you convert an existing PDF file into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF formats.
