I purchased Adobe Export PDF Annual 1/28/17. I upgraded from Vista to 7 and now it is not apart of my Adobe 8 applications. Why? How can I download the application?

    You may access Export PDF service at this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

    Please confirm the version of Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine.

    Assuming you have Acrobat 8 pro installed on the machine, it may not work in conjunction with Windows 7 because Acrobat 8 is not compatible with Windows 7.
