As per the description above, I can understand that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, and you are not able to use the services, Is that correct?
The record shows that you subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, you can access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.
Apart from the Adobe ExportPDF subscription, you are not subscribed to any other Adobe subscription with your current Adobe ID.
