Adobe Export PDF-Error

Hello,

We have an account for the Adobe Export PDF and have had one for a couple years now.  Lately when we select convert to convert a document from a PDF to Word we get an error message that says, "An error occurred while signing in."  We still have  6 months until we need to renew our seat, so its not because we don't have an active account.  Can someone lend some light as to what we need to do to resolve this, our organization uses this aspect of the product multiple times a week and are struggling without it.

    Hi,

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please try the following steps

    1. Make sure you are connected to internet and signed in with your subscribed ID (check if your name appears in the top right corner)

    2. Update Reader to latest version from Help > Check for Updates. Now try the workflow

    3. Please check whether you are able to export using the online service: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf

Please share with us the following information to help us dig deeper into the issue:

    1. Reader version from Help > 'About Acrobat Reader DC'

    2. A snapshot of the error message you are observing

Kindly let us know how it goes.

    Regards,

    Poorvi
