Adobe export PDF not working!

Question

I bought Adobe export PDF last year and they say in my account I will be billed for next year on January 17th 2018. I tried to convert a Work document into a PDF but it doesn't work. When i click on convert they send me to buy the product. I tried to buy it but it doesn't work either. Please help!!!

Hi Arianep,

As per your account information, you are a subscriber of Adobe Export PDF. And as per the information given above, you are trying to convert a word doc to pdf. Which is actually not possible to do with the Export PDF subscription. Because it just convert the PDF doc to word, excel etc. not word to pdf.

Using Adobe Export PDF

To convert a word doc to pdf, you need PDF Pack or Acrobat DC subscription.
