    Hi rtripses,

Do I understand correctly that the Excel file you've converted doesn't contain any of the data from the original PDF? Do you know how that PDF file was created? If it was created by a third-party (non-Adobe) application, then it may not contain all the information necessary to ensure a complete conversion.

You can tell how the PDF was created by choosing File > Properties in Adobe Reader and looking on the Description tab.

    Best,

    Sara

    Hi Richard,

You can use Export PDF services in 2 ways :-

    1) Through Acrobat Reader DC (Acrobat Reader DC Learn & Support), Sign In using Adobe ID to use the export pdf services.

    2) Through online services https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf , Sign In using your adobe ID. Refer to this KB doc. for help Document Cloud Help | Using Adobe Export PDF‌.

Using any of the above two methods you will be able to convert the PDF file into a Excel file format.

Follow the steps & let me now if you experience any issue.

    Regards,

    Aadesh
