Adobe Export PDF doesn't have the option to recognize Russian text for OCR as discussed in the following link:

Could you please elaborate on your query a little bit? Are you referring to the (OCR)Optical Character Recognition option in Acrobat DC? or Text Recognition option under Export PDF in Acrobat Reader?

Which application is installed on the machine- Acrobat Reader/ Adobe Acrobat?

При экспорте файл в word. Нет русского языка? Как его установить? Что бы при экспорте файла из PDF в word при выборе языка для распознования был русский язык.

Программа установлена на iPhone 7 acrobat reader
