Adobe Export PDF Subscription Issue
I purchased an Annual Adobe Export PDF subscription on September 5, 2015, which gave you the option to cancel the subscription within14 days of the order for a full refund. Today is September 16, 2015 and I cancelled the subscription on the Adobe website. However, the cancellation page indicates that my subscription will not be cancelled until September 5, 2016. It is still within the 14 day period. I want a refund of the $23.88 that I paid. What's the deal here?: Please respond with help ASAP. Thanks.
