Question

Adobe Export roadblock

I have a paid subscription to Adobe Export.  I'm signed into my account and have a document selected and opened.  When I try to export it to a Word doc, it brings up the Adobe Export PDF payment options page.  There is no other option to bypass that page.  If I click on the $1.99/mo option, it reminds me I already have the product (from October 2017).   I have confirmed in my account my subscription is active.

Why am I being sent to this page, and how can I bypass it to convert my document?

Hello Craigl,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to export a PDF file as it's directing you to repurchase the Adobe ExportPDF subscription, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, please use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and getting the subscribe page while exporting a PDF, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, and check for any pending updates from help>check for updates. Reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
