Adobe ExportPdf not working

Adobe ExportPdf, when signing in, comes up with "Reader doesn't have the ability to access this service", yet I have a subscription. How is this sorted out so it works?

Yes. The Adobe PDF export is complicated when it is required on a large scale.

It would have to be reassessed in new technology. I suggest you download an application for the ADOBE PDF and remove the ADOBE EXPORT; until it is restructured.
