Adobe ExportPDF service is not available in your region, cancel and need refund

ich habe im November ein Apo für PDF export bezahlt, jetzt gibt es eine Meldung: service in ihrem Land nicht verfügbar. Könnten Sie mir bitte den Betrag zurückerstatten?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, as getting the error message that the service is not available in your region, Is that correct?

The Document Cloud services are available in your region. Please try to access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if the issue/message reoccurs.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
