This is BS!! I am the VP of a non-profit org and all I want to do is convert pdf files so that I can use them in Microsoft Publisher. I paid and I still cannot convert to a usable type of file.

I am trying to convert a pdf file to something that I can use in Microsoft Publisher for a high school basketball program. I paid for a 1 year service and after I convert the file and select it, it asks me to "convert file from ?"  ????? I know it is not a lot of money but I think it shouldn't take a fortune to be able to convert a pdf file to something usable

Hello Jaya,

We apologize for the inconvinience caused, as per the description above you are not able to convert a PDF file into a  file format which you can use in Microsoft Publisher, Is that correct?

Using Adobe ExpotPDF service, you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint and RTF(Rich Text Format) documents.

You can convert the PDF files into supported formats(plain text, XML , or even Word) and use/import them into Microsoft Publisher.

To convert any PDF files, you can use the following URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf. You may also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF. To download Reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

For more information and troubleshooting steps, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-8841

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.
