Adobe fill N sign export failure

when I try to email a signed document the page is blank and only shows the signature ( anything I edited, date etc)

what happened??

in the app I can see the complete document with the signature, but any export comes up blank.

I tried uninstall reinstall, exporting to other apps goodreader etc. same result

Would you elaborate on Export? Is Android/iOS or Laptop/Desktop you are using?

And help us with the steps you have taken which results to this problem. Also, is it possible you may share the affected file with us?

If yes, you may use Adobe Send or Google drive or Dropbox.

I'm using iOS

If I sign a document and send it, the document appears blank

All that appears is my signature and anything else I edited.

It looks normal when viewing the app

Only when you convert and send it gets messed up

I used "Fill and Sign" version 16.10.00 app on iPhone iOS version 10.1.1.

I filled the form signed it and send it using the email to my other email account and it turns out to be fine without an issue.

Would you let me know your steps you been taking and which application you are using including the version?
