Hi Francescab,

I saw that in the new version of Adobe fill&sign the function no longer exists.

No, there isn't any change with the new version. The text boxes filed to enter the text is still there even with the latest version.

Please elaborate, what exactly happens when you try to add them? Is it missing or there but doesn't work?

Make sure you have got the correct and up-to-date version of Acrobat/Reader installed.

  • Reboot your computer.
  • Open Acrobat/Reader>Help>Check for update.
  • Still no change, check with the different PDF

Got it! Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Document Cloud web interface doesn't have this feature available. If you work with the Adobe Reader/Acrobat desktop app then only you get to select/deselect the text box block (as sown below).
