Adobe Flash Player 13.0.0.214 Memory Leak

I am running Windows 7 64 bit with 3GB of RAM.@ and I am using Mozilla Firefox to watch videos on YouTube. Adobe Flash Player 13.0.0.214 is using over 80% of my physical memory. I was not experiencing this before the update to the new version of Flash Player. I would appreciate some assistance with this issue. Thank You.
