Adobe is copying my answers in a fillable form

I'm trying to fill out a form and it keeps copying my answers from a field to different fields. When I try to erase them to write a different answer it erases the previous answered field and replaces it with the new answer from the different field. Help?

The form is incorrectly created; inform the creator of the form of this error (most likely identical names for different fields).

Ohhh. The form is for a job application online and I don't know who the creator is. I converted it to a word document, filled it out, and converted it back to pdf. Thanks for the answer though!
