Adobe not recognizing that I purchased pdf to word function, directing to buy the plan.

Adobe not recognizing that I purchased pdf to word function.   Keeps taking me to purchase page.  I am clearly logged in and log in clearly shows I paid for this functionality.   Just going in circles, not sure what to do.   Thanks.

    Hi Edwardsorara

    Your account information shows that you have subscribed for the Export PDF service.

    Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

    We have checked your account and see that you have an Acrobat Pro DC subscription.

    Previously you had an Acrobat Premium subscription, which is for mobile applications, and it does not work on desktop applications.

    Let us know if you are still experiencing any issues with desktop application activation.

    I signed up for a pro plan and was already charged.

    I'm having a problem that I have purchased two plans trying to get adobe to recognize that I have a plan and I don't need a seven day trial and it still will not allow me to move forward and acts like I need to do a seven day trial because I don't have a purchase plan when I actually have to purchase plants can someone an actual human get on the phone or email me and call me and let me know how to get this resolved now

    I am sorry but I am very confused by what I have and havent installed and how to acess adobe. Please can you assist me?
