Adobe not working

Hi Sara,

I would have used [private information removed by moderator] and I can send through the emails confirming payment and the email I received from Adobe confirming which product I bought. I bought it on 19 December, and had problems using it on the day. I attributed this to the fact that you might need time to process but tried using it again yesterday and it keeps saying I have the free subscription.

If you need me to send through any information, please let me know as I would really like to start making use of the functions.

    Hi Walter,

    I found your account using the email that you provided (which I removed from your post since this is a public forum). I had originally looked you up using the email address that you use here in the forums.

    You should be able to log in to https://cloud.acrobat.com/createpdf using that qbs.co.za address to take advantage of your Adobe PDF Pack subscription.

    Please let us know if that is not the case.
