I have an annual subscription to Adobe Pack and this includes Creative Cloud to convert pdf files into Word. I do have the Creative Cloud icon on top of my screen but no option to convert pdf files into Word. Strangely enough, this does function show up on another computer - am I allowed to have only one computer running the apps? Is there a licence issue?

Hi Robertw,

Adobe PDF Pack and Creative Cloud both are two different subscriptions. Looking at the information you have shared above it seems that you have the Creative Cloud desktop application installed on your computer (for which you have the icon at the top) and trying to access your Adobe PDF service through it?

I see that you are a subscriber of only Adobe PDF Pack there is no Creative Cloud subscription. Adobe PDF Pack https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/using-pdfpack.html  is an online service that you can use via web browser  https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf or

You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

You just need to “Sign In” using the email under which you have subscription registered.

Creative Cloud icon represent the Creative Cloud desktop application, which is just an app which gives you quick access and update information of all the applications comes in Creative Cloud subscription (Adobe all Apps subscription). If you don't use it, so to simplify things you may uninstall it.
