Question

Adobe PDF converter not allowing me to download

We've had Adobe PDF Pack for a while but have found in recent months that even though I can log in and convert the files to docx when I try to download them the screen tells me that the file is too large (and yet you can see it isn't), when you try to open it I get the circle of doom if I try to share it then it still appears as a pdf!  All most frustrating for something that in the past has taken seconds.

    Hey there!

Sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

Looking at the description given above, I believe you are accessing the service on Document Cloud web interface not through the Adobe Reader DC desktop application. In that case, you may try the following steps, to see if that helps-

1- Since you have mentioned the error message about the file size "file is too large" I would like you to cross check the file size of original pdf which you are trying to export. It should be less than 100MB. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/document-cloud/help/file-size-limitations.html

2- Use a different web browser than the current one. Login on https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and export pdf to .docx.

3- Else, use Adobe Reader desktop application and use Export PDF tool. Here is the link to download it: https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

    Hope this works for you.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha
