Adobe PDF export has stopped exporting to Word

Hello, I have a registration for Adobe PDF export by 18.4.2018. Now it has stopped exporting to Word ... Please help.

Hi Lumírk,

As pr your account information, it shows that you are a subscriber of Adobe Export pdf and the subscription should still works.

Make sure you are Signed In using correct email address under which you have subscription.

Refer to the forum thread where similar issue has been discussed and resolved-  Bought ExportPro Subscription but still can't export PDFs to Word docs
