Adobe PDF handler not working in SharePoint

We have deployed the adobe pdf handler to a group of users. We want to use this to add sticky notes to a pdf file in online view. When i open a pdf file from my online onedrive (browser view) the adobe cloud pdf handler works perfect and can make sticky notes..but when i open a pdf file from a SharePoint Online site the handler is not working and get a blanco tab.

What do i need to do to get it also working with SharePoint Online sites?
