ADOBE PDF MO PLAN NOT WORKING

I subscribed to the adobe pdf mo plan and Ive waited all day for it to load in my reader, refreshing caling support etc.. and the functions still say "ADD". COMBINE IS the function Ive needed all day and it doesn't work

    Thank you for your subscription to PDF Pack.

    Please log into https://cloud.acrobat.com then select Combine Files.

    Please let me know if you still have the problems.

    Am there. It says the same thing "ADD" and does not work

    Have you received an email from Adobe stating your subscription?

    When you select "Combine File" do you see "Subscribe Now" button?

    Please see the screenshot for "Subscribe Now"
