just purchased adobe pdf pack, cant get it to work

    Are you still having trouble using your Adobe PDF Pack subscription? What is the issue that you're facing?

    Tell you the truth don’t know where to start.

    Do I have to download a program, everytime I try to convert it keeps telling me to sign up and buy.

    There's nothing to download. But, I did check your account, and it looks as though your order didn't process (I can't tell why). I suggest that you Contact Customer Care so that an agent can help you figure out why your subscription didn't process.
