ADOBE PDF PACK and ADOBE SEND

I just sent a message, but not sure if it was received. CAN SOMEONE, PLEASE, CALL ME AT TEL # 646-250-8452. I am having issues with PDF files that I sent by Adobe Send. ethe party receiving the e-mails is unable to open the files. I just purchased the ADOBE PDF PACK and ADOBE SEND two days ago and I spent all morning trying to resolve this issue, I also called the toll free number, but there is over an hour wait. PLEASE HELP!!!
