Adobe PDF Pack and difficulties with the payments:

My need was only to convert documents between word and pdf - nothing else. Because my master card payment went into "an ever lasting hang up mode"and conversion of the document did not work the next day, my conclution was that my initial amount (186.48 Norwegian crones for one year) went wrong. Therefore, I made a new attempt to order a new one the next day so I got the job done (Convert documents). Also here it looked like it did not work with the order: a new ever lasting hang up mode".  Some hours later it was still not possible to get the job done (from pdf to word). I was asked to update and such things, of course I want and did the click.
Later I could convert word docs to pdf and I was happy. 
But the end of the story was 3 payments:  

I tried the Switch button but also here the machine went in to "a never ending hang up". All this trouble only for the need of converting documents between word doc and pdf.
Is it possible to get money back? And how to manage this?
