I have an annual subscription to PDF Pack. #ADB013085571 on August 30, 2017 and renewed in August this year. My problem is that the laptop it was loaded on died. I purchased a new Laptop. How do I load it on that new on?

Yes, we see that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack. Of course you can start using the service on new computer as well.
We have checked your account and found an active subscription of Adobe PDF Pack.
Follow the steps mentioned below, to activate the subscription.
1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
4- For detailed description of how to use the Export PDF service, you may refer to- How to Use Adobe PDF Pack
