Adobe PDF Pack could not successfully convert your file accepted agreement.pdf to Adobe PDF. Your uploaded file type is not a supported format.

I am getting this response when printing to Adobe. I am paying $99/year for this service and cannot get any answers as how to correct this issue. How do I correct??

    Hi,

    Are you using PDF printer that comes along with Acrobat or you are using PDF pack?

    Would you send your document to dim86501@adobe.com as an email attachment? 

    I will check the same from my end.Please add the link to this forum post for reference.
