The convert to PDF feature of my Open Office software no longer works properly. Also, it doesn't read Trajan Pro headlines any more, etc.

It's hard for me to say what's going on with Open Office, but I do feel that those issues shouldn't be related to your ExportPDF subscription. ExportPDF would be interact with Open Office in any way, so there may have been other changes to your system that caused the issues you see there. You may been to contact Open Office for support on those issues.

In the meantime, and for the sake of getting that PDF created, you might consider downloading a free 30-day trial of Acrobat, and using that to create your PDF. You'll get a very clean PDF, and it does offer the options that you're looking for with regards to layers). There's no obligation to continue after the 30-day trial, and should help you get that PDF going! (And, if it turns out that you no longer need the Adobe PDF Pack subscription, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 30 days.) Hi tablescraps,

Let's see if we can figure out what's going on. As ExportPDF is an online service, and the PDF files that you convert remain on your hard disk, I'm not sure what the correlation is between your subscription and what you're now experiencing in Open Office. I believe the two should be unrelated.

Has anything else changed on your system, which may have affected your Open Office software? And, if I've misunderstood your original post, please let me know. I would love to help you get this sorted out.

I'm trying to convert a 70,000-word document with about 100 photos from Open Office to PDF so that I can upload it to CreateSpace. Open Office comes with an automatic PDF converter but it didn't have some of the flexibility required (eg "flattening" layers and such), so I subscribed to the online PDF creator service from Adobe. But now the conversions don't work any more. Specifically the "booklet" printing mode, and, worse, the inability to read Trajan Pro headlines.

    Are these fixable issues?
