    Hello leeb72763610

As per the description above, you are not able to see the Adobe PDFPack subscription under your Adobe account, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack subscription on your current Adobe ID. You can check the details under Plans and Products on Adobe.com or you can also refer to Manage your Creative Cloud membership  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/manage-cc-individual-membership.html#view-upgrade-change

You can use the services of Adobe PDFPack through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services of Adobe PDFpac, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, download Adobe Reader from https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
