Adobe PDF Pack Service Access

I purchased Adobe PDF Pack yesterday so that I could combine multiple individual PDF pages into one multiple-page document. Yet, when I open a single page, go to "Tools", and select "Combine", it is still telling me to Add the package to my account and sends me to the pricing page. Why isn't this service available to me yet?

Hi Emilym,

Sorry to hear about such experience.

Combine pdf service works online through https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf . However, you should be able to access it without being directed to the pricing page.

1- Sign out from the application and Sign In back with the correct email.

2- If you have ever used the trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC, then you need to uninstall it first to use the Combine PDF Service. As it works with the free application Adobe Reader DC only not the Acrobat DC.

I assume that you have been using the desktop application Adobe Acrobat DC.
