Adobe PDF services conversion failure file is 10,370 KB

Can you please help me convert my pdf to an excel file.

My file is 10,370 KB, and I have gotten conversion failure errors when using Adobe PDF online to convert the file from PDF to excel.  I previously successfully converted a similar pdf file which was 8,474 KB. I upgraded to Acrobat PRO DC to be able to remove pages from my document to reduce the size however I got a conversion error there also as there are too many pages!

Hi Sarah72155999,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As mentioned above, you are trying to export the document online. so have you tried with a different web browser?

It could be a temporary issue with the web browser.

Also, try the same with the desktop application either Adobe Reader or Acrobat DC and see if that makes a difference.
