    hmm good to know. Apperently Acrobat Document Cloud indeed uses the hosting infrastructures from Amazon Web Services.

    I can't view or download any PDF in https://cloud.acrobat.com/ . We might have the same problem!

    my problem is described here:

    Internal server error (500)! Can't open or download any PDF on Document Cloud anymore! Please help!
