Adobe Presenter File Attachments

I recently created a presentation with an imported MP4 video in Adobe Presenter 11.5.  Under Settings I attached a PDF file.  When previewing, it show the attachment.  When I publish and upload to our LMS, it does not appear.

Secondly, going forward, in any new presentations I create, it shows this same PDF file in preview, even though there is no attachment/file under Settings - in other words, it's automatically pulling it in.

What would cause this?
