Adobe Pro DC usage

Waned to see if there was a way to monitor Adobe Pro DC usage, I'm looking to monitor usage so we can recover and reassign licenses not used to manage costs effectively for my organization. Since it is cloud usage I've not found a way to monitor usage. Thanks in advance

It's not "cloud usage". Acrobat DC is an application that runs on the local machine.

But it contains no usage monitoring tools. You might be able to use an external tool to do it, if you have control over the system and can install such a tool to run in the background.
