Adobe Pro Document Cloud (Team plus Personal) - Server failed to respond

Hello,

 

Since the update on Thursday, October 5, the AGREEMENT menu (in-progress/completed etc) which was working perfectly before the update, no longer loads, nor are any of my documents available. I have some e-signature agreements in progress and I can't access any of them. I have a deadline and need to have access to these agreements and web-forms to confirm receipt from the signers.

 

I've tested this in both this account, and one of my other user accounts - the problem is the same.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

 

This seems to be weird behavior. Please try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser. You may also try using the new incognito window on the Chrome browser. Check if that helps.

If the issue still occurs, please ensure you use the correct email address to sign in to the account.

Let us know if the document does not appear. We will get this checked.
