Adobe Send and Track

Question

Hello,

How do I know that a PDF has been opened after I have shared it? I subscribe to Acrobat PDF pack and according to this page:

and the "My subscription page", where Send & Track is listed in my plan, I should be able to track when a PDF I have shared has been opened (I'm talking here about sharing with a single person, by entering their email address, not creating a shared link). However, I get no email notification, nor any "bell notification".

Thank you for reaching out.

Some features and capabilities were changed or removed from the Adobe Acrobat online services due to low usage. The feature to receive notifications when shared files have been viewed or downloaded was removed in that process.
