adobe send and track: error >>> files could not be uploaded

I have adobe send and track. I all of a sudden get error one or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again. I use https://cloud.acrobat.com/send. I have tried on lap top and get the same thing.

I have used different web browsers and it still doesn't work.

Does that attachment contain an executable or script file or a zipped file? if you upload any other file, is this issue still reproducible?
