Could you please share the more information about the error message that you are getting while sending the files? Is this happening with specific file or any file that you are trying to send?

Try accessing the Send & Track https://cloud.acrobat.com/  via different web browser.

If possible, please share the screenshot of the page when you try to send the file. https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot
