Adobe Send broken in latest Chrome browser for PC

Using Adobe Send in the latest version of Chrome (version 39.0.21.71.95 m) on PC running Windows 7 the Send button is missing: only the Cancel button is displayed - so the service cannot be used. Worked fine in the past and works fine with IE. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Can you try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page? It sounds like the page failed to load completely and now is stuck that way. Another easy way to check this is to open a new incognito window in Chrome (Customize and Control Google Chrome -> New incognito window) go to Adobe Send and see if you have the same problem. If the problem doesn't happen in the incognito window it's a caching problem and try clearing your cache.

Dear Sara:

I can't quite tell if you are the moderator or not of the persistent Acrobat "follow" I'm adjoined into but: CI tought I read where you would be able to take me off the follow list.

I actually went on one of the threads, found "Follow", went in to that, then checked "Stop Following". Still getting a message every twenty seconds.

I'm about to run out of University supplied space for my mail. That will mean, not getting messages from my students.

Pretty Please!! See if you can throw me off of there as if I were terribly unruly.

Ok, Please?!

Hi Allen,

I'm sorry that you're still getting unwanted forum posts. I can't cut you off personally. But, you can prevent the forums from sending you emails by updating your preferences. Click your avatar in the upper-right corner (the little person icon), and choose Preferences from the pop-up menu. Turn all your email preferences to OFF. That should prevent the forums from filling up your inbox with messages!

Best,
Sara

Hi WilliOB,

Interesting! I am not able to replicate that here on the same version of Chrome. Is there at least one email address in the Send To box, and has that email address been committed (it is highlighted in blue)?

Best,

Sara
