Adobe Send has less features than Adobe SendNow. Is there a way to enable email notification of sent and downloaded files?

I have just recently switched (forcibly) from SendNow to Adobe Send. I was using the service in order to securely send records to clients and the send receipts as well as the download receipts have proven in-vaulable later down the line. Is there a way to enable such functionality in the new Adobe Send product?
